The Swing Away Foundation

The Swing Away Foundation was founded from our experiences with:

Financial constraints due to extensive treatments and travel to medical facilities able to treat this form of cancer.
A lack of medical knowledge and research leading to delayed diagnosis.
The heart break associated with having a family member suffering with Sarcoma.

Our purpose is to:

Enable Sarcoma patients accessibility to leading treatment facilities previously unavailable due to the high costs for medical procedures and extensive travel.
Further research and experimental treatments through donations to participating medical centers.
Create a network of educational information sharing and medical and travel resources for patients in an effort to save others from what we have experienced.

Founded in Memory of Carrie Dixon-Cook.
